"Panang Curry" is a kind of dried curry in Thai food menu which uses the thicker part of coconut cream. It is basically cooked with preferred meat such as chicken, beef or lamb.

It is always seasoned with sliced kaffir lime leaves and chili as additional components to make it more delicious.
